General Inquiries
At Pinoplast, quality isn't an afterthought. It is embedded in every pipe we produce.
From raw material selection to final inspection, our quality management system makes sure every product meets Egyptian and international standards. Our multilayer technology, including glass fiber reinforced and UV-stabilized pipes, delivers strength, durability and long-term reliability, and we keep investing in innovation so you can trust every installation.
Every stage is checked in our own laboratory before a product leaves the factory.
Melt flow index, moisture and density of the polypropylene random copolymer.
Visual appearance and dimensions, checked continuously by experienced technicians.
Surface finish, dimensions, internal hydrostatic pressure, heat reversion and burst strength.
Hot and cold water cycle test.
Beyond our own laboratory, we send product samples to independent national bodies to confirm compliance: the Plastic Technology Center, the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS), the National Research Centre, the Chemistry Administration and the Central Metallurgical Research and Development Institute.
On request, our team pressure-tests your piping installation to verify its integrity before you put it into service.
On site, after assembly is complete.
1.5 × the highest planned operating pressure.
A 30-minute initial check, then a 2-hour verification.
No leaks, and a pressure drop of no more than 0.6 bar in the initial check and 0.2 bar over 2 hours.
Catches leaks before they cause downtime or damage.
Confirms the system can handle its operating pressure.
Finds weak points early, avoiding costly repairs later.
You receive a verified, ready-to-use installation.
We test on site once assembly is complete, after three preparation steps.
Close all valves and cap every open end.
Fill the system slowly, venting air at the highest points to prevent pressure surges.
Test each pipeline section separately for precise fault detection.
We apply 1.5 × the system's maximum operating pressure in two stages.
The test pressure is restored after the 10th and 20th minutes. Pass: the pressure drop does not exceed 0.6 bar and there is no leakage at any point.
The test pressure is held for a further 2 hours. Pass: the pressure drop does not exceed 0.2 bar and there is no leakage at any point.
A leak is present. The affected section is repaired, re-welded or retightened, and the test is repeated from Stage 1.
After a passed test we recommend three last steps.
Clean all lines to remove debris.
Close and empty unused branches so water does not stand in them.
Keep the test date, pressures, duration and the responsible engineer's name with the handover documents.
Whether you are planning a residential, commercial, infrastructure or industrial project, our team is ready with the right PPR-C system, technical guidance and free site delivery across Egypt.
